Overview:
This machine is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, dye, feed, fertilizer, pesticide and other industries, especially for large tonnage (1000 / 10000L) mixing of various solid-phase materials. The mixing cylinder of the machine participates in swing while driving, so that the materials in the cylinder can be fully mixed. The discharge of the mixing cylinder has spiral blades, which makes the machine have the characteristics of rapid mixing, large mixing volume and convenient discharge.
Working principle:
● The two-dimensional mixing machine is mainly composed of a rotating drum, a swing frame and a rack. The drum is mounted on a swing frame, supported by four rollers and axially positioned by two blocking wheels. Among the four support rollers, two of the transmission wheels are dragged by the rotating power system to cause the drum to rotate. The swing frame is driven by a set of crank and swing rod mechanisms, the crank swing mechanism is on the frame, and the swing frame is supported on the frame by the bearing assembly.
Features:
