The PLC microcomputer program is used to compile the control system loop, and the man-machine interface and screen display the process flow operation, which is operable; variable operation parameters realize fuzzy technology automatic tracking adjustment; the inverter can be used to adjust the stirring speed stably and safely to ensure the granulation effect, and The granulation size can be adjusted arbitrarily. The system is highly automated and easy to operate. Using 3D CAD research to design a unique structure of the stirring slurry, which is conducive to scraping the attachments on the inner wall of the container, reducing the deposition of materials on the inner and bottom walls and the collision of particles on the inner wall, improving the granulation efficiency and the pellet rate, and reducing the fine powder. content.
Maintenance of wet granulator:
1. The machine extended time is calculated from the last motor off for 10 seconds. Therefore, the extended time should be checked before using the machine. Interlocking adjustment can only be performed by professionals, and the interlocking time must not be changed arbitrarily.
2. The exhaust holes and observation holes on the lid of the material are equipped with protective strips, which cannot be removed at will.
3. When changing the product or batch number, clean the seal (after the material pot is cleaned). The steps for cleaning and sealing are as follows:
①Unscrew the central body (left-handed);
② Remove the pad and remove the stirring pulp with a pulper;
③ After loosening and retracting the screws, retract the seal assembly. Clean and inspect the components, and they should be intact, otherwise replace;
④ Rinse the sealed cavity with a brush and water;
⑤ After the seal is dry or after the seal is replaced, apply grease to the flange on the shaft seal ring.
4. Check the triangle tape once a week without serious wear and proper tension, otherwise replace the triangle belt or adjust the tension with screws. The reducer uses 90 # engine oil. After 1500 hours of operation, the oil in the reducer is completely changed once, and the oil is replaced every six months thereafter.
5. The chopped part is disassembled and cleaned every month, and lubricating oil is added once.
6. Two leak holes on the lower plate of the equipment should be observed frequently. These two holes are connected to the drain pipe of the stirring seal and chopped seal. When leakage occurs in the leak hole, it indicates that the stir and chopped seals are damaged. It should be replaced in time.
