The system is highly automated and easy to operate. Three-dimensional CAD research designed a unique structure of the stirring slurry, which is beneficial for scraping the attachments on the inner wall of the container, reducing the deposition of materials on the inner and bottom walls and the collision of particles on the inner wall, improving the granulation efficiency and pellet rate, and reducing the fine powder content .
        The wet granulator is equipped with a spray device or a drip device. The addition of the binder can be sprayed, dripped or directly mixed according to the different requirements of different materials. The amount of binder is reduced and the mixing and granulation effect is good.
        The sealing of the stirring pulp shaft of the wet granulator adopts the double compound technology of rubber ring refueling and spiral aeration, which completely solves the various problems and problems that occur in the shaft seal when mixing and granulating.
        Operation experience of the wet granulator:
        1. Preparation for use
        Check and clean the equipment, install the discharge tank, pass in compressed air and cooling water, check and adjust the pressure of the compressed air to reach the nominal pressure range of the equipment, and check whether the tapered hopper cover and the discharge         door are closed and opened normally. Whether the rotation and rotation of the mixing paddle and the granulating knife are normal, and the materials, auxiliary materials and adhesives to be processed are prepared.
        2. Enter the main operation interface
        In the main control interface, the selectable items are: "manual operation", "automatic operation", "system setting", etc. There are options for modifying equipment parameters in the secondary control interface. The main parameter that can be modified is: "stirring time" Programmable materials
        The mixing time for granulation after mixing with excipients and binders. "Crushing time" can set the granulation time of the material. The "stirring frequency" is the current stirring speed of the stirring blade in the conical hopper, and the "shredding frequency" is The current granulation speed of the granulating knife in the conical hopper, as well as adjustable parameters such as "mixing time", "interval time" and "pulping delay".
        3.Parameter setting
        After the operation enters the main control interface, in the secondary control interface, according to the input materials, auxiliary materials, and adhesive properties, the requirements of the production product can be clicked on "mixing time", "stirring time", "shred time", Set parameters such as "stirring frequency" and "shredding frequency", and then use the corresponding increase or decrease keys or numeric input keyboard to set parameters.
