Mixing is an indispensable production process in modern industry. With the continuous development of industry, the development of mixing systems and mixing equipment will become more and more powerful. Mixing covers the entire industrial field, such as chemical, food, building materials, pharmaceuticals, and fertilizers. The products we use every day and every day have at least one step of mixing process in production.
Mixing refers to the physical combination of two or more materials without any chemical change.
Mixing includes self-flow mixing and mechanical mixing. Self-flow mixing refers to the movement between materials to achieve the final uniform mixing through self-friction; mechanical mixing refers to the material to achieve the final uniform mixing through mechanical forcing. General gas mixing is self-flow mixing; three-dimensional mixing equipment mixing is the combination of self-flow mixing and mechanical mixing; all the mixing in which the mixing container does not move is mechanical mixing.
The evaluation of the quality of the bin mixer can be based on different physical quantities:
1. Mixing uniformity: Analyze the physical quantities of the materials, and obtain them through probability theory. The mixing uniformity is determined by the type of mixing equipment.
2. Dead angle: refers to the physical phenomenon that the material cannot participate in the mixing in the mixing container. The dead angle percentage is a physical quantity that evaluates the quality of the mixing equipment.
3. Mixing time: The physical quantity for evaluating the mixing speed refers to the time from the start of mixing of different materials until the mixing reaches uniformity requirements. The mixing time is determined by the type and model of the mixing equipment.
As far as the size of the hybrid equipment is concerned, China can currently achieve 30 cubic meters. With regard to the mixing process and mixing requirements, the mixing equipment can be divided into experimental type 0.05-0.5 cubic meters; production type 0.5-6 cubic meters; batch type 4-30 cubic meters.
1. Experimental type
The production capacity is not high, and experiments or experimental production are mainly carried out in the early stage of enterprise investment.
2. Production type
High production capacity requirements, mainly invested by enterprises to produce products. Such equipment is designed with high relative strength and no high power requirements. In conjunction with other production equipment, including batching, automatic feeding, and automatic discharging, a complete mixed production line is produced. The efficiency is quite high and the investment is relatively low. According to production requirements, a set of production lines produce one or two products, and there is no need to replace the product form for a long time. The equipment realizes the assembly line, replacing the technical requirements of selecting large equipment for large production volumes.
3. Batch type
Is mainly used in some places where mixed batch requirements are very strict, such as dyes and food. The same batch of products must not have special requirements such as color and taste differences.
